Frankenfeld & King Architects provide architectural services national and local government, various institutions, developers and businesses.

Our scope of work is based on the South African Institute of Architects standard service and fee structure, which includes the following work stages:

Appraisal and Definition of Projects | Conceptual Design| Design Development| Technical Documentation| Contract Administration

We provided the complete service of assembling and managing a professional team (civil, electrical, environmental, mechanical and structural engineers, quantity surveyors, town-planners etc.) for the project. This symbiotic relationship ensures that our client's aspirations of aesthetics, budget and programme are achieved.
