KNYSNA HOLLOW COUNTRY HOTEL - KNYSNA
The original Knysna Hollow hotel was almost completely destroyed in the devastating fires that were experienced in Knysna in July 2017.
The brief was to design new bedroom units, revamp some of the existing rooms, and design a new main building with reception, lounges, restaurant, bar, kitchen, offices and conference facilities. The design and re-build of the hotel was all done on an extremely tight schedule to enable it to open to the public in October 2018.
