RESIDENTIAL Projects

Frankenfeld & King Architects provide architectural services for various private clients, both locally and internationally.

Our scope of work is based on the South African Institute of Architects standard service and fee structure, which includes the following work stages:

Appraisal and Definition of Projects | Conceptual Design| Design Development| Technical Documentation| Contract Administration

We have a very interactive relationship with our clients, and work closely with them to ensure that their dream homes are realized. We also undertake alterations and additions to existing houses, and have been involved in the drawing up of design guidelines for new residential developments.

Some examples of recently completed residential projects can be viewed below (click on the pictures for more photographs of the same building). We have included a brief description of each project. In some instances the client has requested anonomity, or asked that the location of the house not be divulged.
